Repair or Replace?
Arrange for one of Our engineers to attend site at your convenience. Email firstname.lastname@example.org
Our engineer will investigate the system and find out where the fault is and inform the customer of the works needed.
The customer will then be given a site work report detailing the engineers findings and recommendation to fix the problem.
If your air conditioning system is very old and past economical repair, it is recommended to replace the system especially if the system is operating on the banned R22 refrigerant gas.
If your air conditioning is faulty, it can have a serious impact on your services or employees. It’s critical you get it repaired as soon as possible.
Wherever possible, we aim to diagnose and repair faults on our first visit, minimizing downtime and costs. Our engineers arrive fully equipped to repair your system and carry a stock of spare parts and refrigerant.
If your air conditioning requires more complex repairs, we can arrange to carry out the work at a time that suits you. We also have an established network of suppliers, capable of delivering specialist parts as and when you need them.
Sometimes it isn’t possible to fully repair your system, and, in these instances, we give you free advice on the best approach to take. If you’re not in a position to replace your system right away, we can usually apply a short term fix to keep it running for the time being.
You’ll notice very quickly if your air conditioning break’s down or the temperature is drastically wrong.
However, it’s not always so obvious your air conditioning needs repairing.
Here are the main warning signs you should look out for:
Inconsistent Temperatures (lack of hot or cold air)
Reduced Performance (maybe it’s not as powerful as it was)
Higher Energy Bill’s
Water Leaks (condensate pump broken?)
Freezing Up (lack of refrigerant)
Appearance of Fault Codes (controller showing a fault code, P10?)
Dirty Grilles or Vents (blocked filters & coils)
Noticeable Odours (bad smells coming out?)
